Ole Miss head basketball coach Kermit Davis will welcome Penny Hardaway to the Pavilion this winter.
The Ole Miss basketball team announced Monday they will host the Memphis Tigers on Dec. 5. Next season’s matchup will be the second time to two programs have met since 2015.
Ole Miss traveled to Memphis and fell to the then-No. 16-ranked Tigers by one point last November inside the FedEx Forum. December’s game will be the first time Memphis has played in Oxford since March 2010.
Following the Rebels’ loss to the Tigers last season, Davis spoke about the need for the two teams to begin playing regularly once again.
