After rallying back to win their first game of the weekend road series against Tulane (6-2), Ole Miss baseball (4-2) faced the Green Wave in two more games. Game-two on Saturday was a wild one but the Rebels fell 12-13 to Tulane. In game-three Sunday the Rebels picked up the 6-3 win and the series against Tulane.
Tulane who was undefeated entering the series proved to be a very formidable opponent and gave the Rebels all they could handle over the three game series. While coach Mike Bianco may still have some questions about the Ole Miss pitching rotation there is no disputing the offensive production in the Rebels batting order.
