Saturday coach Mike Bianco and Ole Miss (40-26) were back in action as they faced Arkansas (45-17) in the Fayetteville Super Regional. Ole Miss entered the matchup coming off the Oxford Regional championship last weekend and were looking to extend their win streak to four games but the Hogs would have something else in mind.
The Rebels wasted no time and got on the board first with 1 run in the top of the first inning to take the early 1-0 lead. Arkansas responded with 4 runs in the bottom of the frame to take the lead at 4-1.
