Ole Miss baseball entered the final midweek home game Tuesday night coming off a huge series win over LSU this past weekend. Arkansas-Pine Bluff entered the midweek match-up against the Rebels coming off a series loss to Texas Southern.
The Rebels wasted no time getting cranked up against the Golden Lions. Ole Miss scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 1st and 3 more runs in the bottom of the 2nd to take a 6-0 lead. Ark-Pine Bluff scored 1 run in the top of the 3rd to cut the lead to 6-1. The Golden Lions added 2 more runs in the top of the 5th to cut the lead to 6-3 Rebels.
