The CFP committee released their third edition of College Football Playoff rankings, and Miami at No. 13 was a major point of contention, to put it mildly.
The Hurricanes' fanbase was a group bubbling with rage as the committee, once again, ranked Notre Dame ahead of them after they badly defeated the Fighting Irish earlier in the season.
The Hurricanes got a No. 11 rank in the Top 12-team bracket. Following the bracket, Miami faces Ole Miss at Oxford in the first round matchup.
But that is with two weeks still remaining. Besides them just winning their remaining games, Miami will need a lot of factors working out in their favor to actually play Ole Miss, or another team, in the first round.
