Ole Miss fell short in its 2025 ACC/SEC Challenge matchup against Miami on Tuesday night, dropping a 75-66 game in the SJB Pavilion.
Miami (7-2) managed to take control of the game in the first half, shooting 14-of-30, 46.7%, from the field. Despite opening the game offensively with a Patton Pinkins three-pointer, Ole Miss (5-3) shot 8-of-31, 25.8%, from the field in the first half, allowing the Hurricanes to head into halftime up 42-26.
The Rebels managed to get within nine in the second frame, 49-40, with 15:57 to play after Koren Johnson cashed in his free throw off of an and-one layup.
