Rumors starting swirling on Monday that new Rebel Tight End, Luke Hasz, had fractured his ankle and had already undergone surgery. It took a little bit for the rumor to get confirmed, but multiple publications have been able to confirm the rumors. It is still unclear how the injury occurred, the severity, and how long he will be out.
Regardless, Hasz will miss a significant part of the season, but it is possible he could return in October for the heart of the SEC schedule. Nonetheless, this is a major blow to the Rebels offense.
