Less than two weeks after decommitting from Iowa State, versatile defender Kam White verbally pledged to Ole Miss on Wednesday. White, a three-star who’s ambiguously classified as an athlete, is expected to contribute to the Rebels on the defensive side of the ball, possibly at outside linebacker.
A member of the Mississippi Dandy Dozen and a high school teammate of superstar running back recruit Cam Akers, White broke his long-standing verbal pledge to the Cyclones on Jan. 19 and took an official visit to Ole Miss last weekend.
“I definitely like Ole Miss,” White told The Clarion-Ledger back in June, a month and a half before committing to Iowa State.
