The jumbo athlete who ran all over 7A football in Alabama is officially a Rebel.
Three-star running back Jarrion Street, who never wavered after verbally committing to Ole Miss in late July, has sent in his National Letter of Intent. The big-bodied runner from Trussville, Ala. is a player who can provide some punch to the run game or potentially lend a hand on defense as a linebacker or box safety.
Street chose the Rebels over an offer sheet that included Arkansas State, Cincinnati, Iowa State, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, Missouri and Southern Miss. Despite not holding an offer from either of the in-state Southeastern Conference schools, Street is a valuable get for the Rebs.
