Perhaps the most popular non-participant at this year’s Senior Bowl is Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly, who knew his week would be more cerebral than physical.
There’s still been much to be gained for Kelly in answering questions from NFL executives.
One of the questions tossed in a media setting was “what if?” What if he had not sustained a torn ACL in the ninth game of the season? What if it had simply been a better season for Kelly and Ole Miss?
Surely the “what if?” questions have crossed Kelly’s mind. When his 2016 season came to such an abrupt end, he had time to ponder a lot of topics.
