Ole Miss picked up its second commitment for the 2018 class last week when three-star guard Blaine Scott pledged to the Rebels.
“Ole Miss felt like home and I absolutely love the campus,” Scott told GN.
Scott (6 feet 4, 310 pounds), from Portsmouth (Ohio) Sciotoville, is among the top 20 guard recruits in the country and a top-20 overall prospect in Ohio for the class of 2018.
Scott chose Ole Miss over offers from Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Penn State and many others.
The relationship he has built with the Ole Miss coaches went a long way into Scott’s decision to head to Oxford.
