Four-star Ole Miss wide receiver commit D.D. Bowie will be catching passes once he gets to Oxford, but for now, he’s doing a little bit of everything for the Morton Panthers. Bowie was a big part of the 38-28 win over Raymond last week, good enough to earn him Scott County’s Farm Bureau Player of the Week.
So far in 2016, the 6’1, 170-pound playmaker has 295 yards rushing, 126 yards receiving, 138 yards returning kicks and seven total touchdowns. He’s also making an impact on defense in the secondary. Bowie has nine tackles, two passes defended and a sack.
