Tee Shepard left Ole Miss’ team in October, saying he was done with football. In January, it appeared as if he had changed his mind, as he said he was transferring to Miami (Ohio). Evidently, he has changed his mind again because he is one of the six eligible players for the July 14 NFL Supplemental Draft.
Shepard (6 feet 1, 195 pounds), from Fresno, Calif., was one of the top-60 players overall in the 2012 recruiting class and originally signed with Notre Dame. He was an early enrollee but left school in March 2012, before spring practice even started, reportedly because of an academic issue.
