With every win and top recruit, it’s only negativity from the outside world. Friday, I witnessed further just how long college football fans have been sitting on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting word that Ole Miss has been cheating since Hugh Freeze came to town. Shortly after Yahoo Sports’ article about Ole Miss receiving a Notice of Allegations from the NCAA, my Twitter timeline was flooded with tweets mocking Freeze and his program. I received numerous screen shots of ESPN’s update stating that allegations were made against the program from friends who didn’t even attend an SEC school.
Cheaters? No. Rebels are winning because of Freeze
