Big weekend on tap in the SEC; will anyone get a lucky bounce?

OXFORD, Miss. – One of the most unforgettable plays of the 2015 season definitely was not part of Hugh Freeze’s game plan when Ole Miss traveled to Alabama.

Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly had been less than effective in the first half of the game. In the third quarter, he had to leap for a high snap and was being wrestled to the ground when he launched a prayer in the direction of Laquon Treadwell, his All-America receiver.

Treadwell was covered by two Alabama defenders. The three players jumped for the ball, which bounced off Treadwell’s hands – and into the arms of Quincy Adeboyejo, who ran untouched for a 66-yard touchdown.
