Back to winning ways, Rebels drop Commodores 57-35

The Ole Miss Rebels returned home Saturday afternoon for the first time since Sept. 9 to play Vanderbilt. The Rebels knocked the Commodores off by a score of 57 to 35. After a tough stretch of road games, the Rebels returned to their winning ways. The offense exploded and the defense made big plays in key moments.

The first half was a balanced attack for the Rebels. Their offense exploded for 35 points after 30 minutes. Out of the 356 total yards of offense in the first half, 107 were gained on the ground. Jordan Wilkins stood out with 82 yards and a touchdown, not including a 75-yard touchdown run that was erased by a holding call.
