NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein highlighted Ole Miss senior Marquis Haynes as one of the top 10 college football linebackers to watch for the 2017 season.
Wait… linebacker?
Although Haynes has played as an edge rusher throughout his career with the Rebels, Zierlein projects him as a possible outside linebacker at the next level.
Zierlein specifically drew attention to Haynes’ high motor and his speed in pursuit.
Last year, Haynes was far and away the top performer in the Ole Miss pass rush.
