Ole Miss destroyed Louisiana-Lafayette on Saturday, 50-22. Much of that effort came from the services of one A.J. Brown, who is a very bad man. He finished the day with 185 receiving yards, 14 receptions (which ties an Ole Miss single-game record), and two touchdowns. Just a standard day at the office.
Oh yeah, he also surpassed 1,000 receiving yards on the year, and he missed an entire game previously this season. There are still two games to go.
Just two wideouts at Ole Miss have eclipsed the 1,000 yard milestone in program history, which seems surprising.
