Four-star safety Deontay Anderson announced his commitment to the Ole Miss Rebels in an unusual way Wednesday morning. The decision came via a skydiving run with the help of Bleacher Report.
Anderson is the No. 2 safety in the class of 2016, according to 247Sports' composite rankings. The Texas product is the No. 53 overall player.
Ole Miss was the favorite to land Anderson, especially following his official visit last weekend. Texas and LSU had their chances during official visits the weeks before.
