Wild Recalls Strachan, Reassigns Riley

The Minnesota Wild has recalled defenseman Tyson Strachan from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL) and reassigned defenseman Mike Reilly to Iowa.

Strachan, 31 (10/30/84), has recorded two assists and 34 penalty minutes (PIM) in 26 games with Iowa this season. He tallied five assists and 44 PIM in 46 games with the Buffalo Sabres last season and set career highs in games played, points, assists, PIM, blocked shots (105) and TOI/game (18:59).
