Saints and Wild mascots share a tour of downtown

It's difficult take a friendly tour of St. Paul when you're more than 6 feet tall, covered with bright fur and wearing a mullet or a pink pig snout.

Minnesota Wild mascot Nordy and St. Paul Saints mascot Mudonna got waves, beeps and hugs Tuesday afternoon as they traveled from Xcel Energy Center to CHS Field with several stops in between. The two were filming a video in which Nordy welcomes Mudonna to the Capital City.

"Instead of sending a welcome basket, we thought it would be way more fun to have Nordy show Mudonna around town," said Wild representative Kathy Ross.
