Tonight the Minnesota Wild get another crack at the Central Division leaders (and artist formerly known as the Minnesota North Stars) the Dallas Stars. Minnesota saw its season-best nine-game point streak (6-0-3) end Saturday. The Wild now turn their attention to hosting back-back contests with the Dallas tonight and Montreal tomorrow. They have posted a 3-1-1 record in the first contest in such games. Tonight is the third meeting between the The Stars and Wild with Dallas winning both games in overtime. In Saint Paul, the Wild have registered a point in six straight games against Dallas (5-0-1) and 11 of the last 13 (9-2-2).
