With the 25th pick in the second round (149th overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft, the Minnesota Wild selected Matvey Guskov from the London Nights of the OHL.
Guskov is a 6-foot-1, 172 pound left-handed left wing originally from Nizhnekamsk, Russia. Guskov had 12 goals and 18 assists in 59 regular reason games for the Knights, and added two goals and two assists in the OHL playoffs.
