The Minnesota Wild have avoided salary arbitration with one of the franchise’s restricted free agents.
The Wild reached to a one-year contract with forward Brandon Duhaime on Sunday for $1.1 million.

Duhaime was selected by the Wild in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft and has 15 goals and 27 points in 131 career games with the franchise.
