For most of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings spent their time either upgrading the offensive line or trading down to acquire more picks.
The trades by general manager Rick Spielman left Vikings fans trying to bide their own time while most of the notable prospects came off the board before Minnesota had the chance to select them.
After nearly three rounds of trading down and grabbing a prospect here and there, the results of those trades began to show as the Vikings made three selections in the sixth round with Arkansas defensive tackle Armon Watts, Wyoming safety Marcus Epps, and Elon offensive tackle Oli Udoh.
