Before Aaron Rodgers eventually signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this year, the 2025 offseason was filled with tons of rumors about the Minnesota Vikings potentially signing the veteran quarterback.
That, of course, didn't end up happening (thankfully), and during a recent episode of the "NFL Spotlight w/ Ari Meirov" podcast, Vikings safety Josh Metellus got honest about his current team saying "no thanks" to Rodgers this offseason.
"I'm so happy we didn't bring him on the team because I want to be able to pick him off before he retires because I need to get him back [for throwing touchdowns on me].
