The Minnesota Vikings announced that they’ve also signed WR Mitch Mathews and CB Terrell Sinkfield to contracts on Thursday.
Mathews, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of BYU back in May. He was set to make a base salary of $450,000 for the 2016 season, but he was unfortunately waived in the final week of the preseason.
The Browns signed him to their practice squad back in October of last year but cut him loose a few week later.
During his college career, he caught 152 passes for 2,083 yards (13.
