Vikings Sign WR Cayleb Jones to Future Contract

Jones first joined Minnesota in the final week of the 2016 season. He spent all of the 2017 offseason and training camp with the Vikings before his release during final roster reductions in September.

He was signed to the Vikings practice squad a day later and remained with the team throughout 2017.

Jones played two seasons for the Arizona Wildcats in which he totaled 128 receptions, 1,923 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Jones had 12 catches for 153 yards and one touchdown during the 2017 preseason.

His father, Robert (LB), and uncle, Jeff Blake (QB), combined to play 270 games in the NFL.
