The Minnesota Vikings announced Sunday they’ve signed QB Mitch Leidner and waived LB Darnell Sankey.
Leidner wound up going undrafted out of Minnesota this March, so this will be his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his four-year college career, Leidner threw for 7,287 yards while completing 56.4 percent of his passes to go along with 36 touchdowns and 32 interceptions over the course of four years and 47 games.
