Vikings sign CB Bashaud Breeland

A couple of weeks ago, the Minnesota Vikings reportedly had their first meeting with veteran cornerback Bashaud Breeland. On Friday, the two sides apparently decided it was time for their relationship to take the next step.

Numerous sources are reporting that the Vikings and Breeland have agreed to the terms of a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not immediately made available.

Breeland has spent the last two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. Prior to that, he played four years with the artists formerly known as the Washington Redskins, who drafted him in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, and followed that up with one season with the Green Bay Packers.
