Winning the offseason doesn't mean a whole lot, but if it did, the NFL would have co-champions. The Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings made the biggest moves of the offseason -- the Vikings landed the free-agent QB in Kirk Cousins, while the Rams signed three All-Pros on defense and added a 1,000-yard receiver.
