Vikings quietly hint at QB change after frustrating loss to Eagles

Following Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Minnesota Vikings are now 2-2 this season in games with Carson Wentz as the team's starting quarterback.

After signing right before the start of the 2025 season, Wentz has done the best he can while filling in for an injured J.J. McCarthy during the last few weeks. But it appears that the Vikings are getting closer to inserting McCarthy back into the starting lineup.

During his post-game presser on Sunday, Minnesota head coach Kevin O'Connell shared what the team's plan is for the quarterback position heading into their next game, which is in four days against the Los Angeles Chargers.
