On Monday, the Minnesota Vikings announced that the 2025 season has come to a close for quarterback Carson Wentz, as he is set to undergo surgery on his shoulder that will keep him sidelined for the rest of the campaign.
With Wentz now unavailable for the rest of 2025, the Vikings' current quarterback room consists of a 22-year-old J.J. McCarthy and undrafted rookie Max Brosmer. Some additional signal-caller experience would seem to be a need for Minnesota after Monday's news.
But with the 2025 season almost halfway complete, it's not like there are currently a ton of quarterback options for the Vikings to choose from.
