COVID-19 has put a stop to all things fun so far this year and the NFL might be next.
There are reports stating that the NFL is making worse case scenario plans to start the season in mid-October instead of September.
The NFL will have a normal 16 game, 17-week schedule, but they are also making plans to possibly put “the first two weeks of the season at the back end of the schedule.” If the season must go later, week 3 will have teams playing in the same bye week. If it has to be later, those games will be played on the teams originally scheduled bye week which means there would none.
