Adrian Peterson says his wife is considering playing fantasy football. Had she drafted the Vikings running back last weekend, Ashley Peterson wouldn't have gotten many points.
Peterson was held to 60 yards on 26 carries in Minnesota's 16-10 victory over Kansas City. He will try to bounce back when the Vikings play Sunday at Detroit.
"My wife is thinking about getting her team on FanDuel and playing a little bit," Peterson said Wednesday in a conference call with reporters covering the Lions. "She's seen some of the numbers and she was like, 'Well, you know, I might as well try it out myself.
