Exactly one month from today, the Minnesota Vikings are (likely) going to define the future direction of their franchise when they use a higher draft choice on a quarterback than at any other time in franchise history. While they currently have two first-round picks, sitting at #11 and #23, the expectation is that they’re going to use those picks and whatever other ammo they need to part with to move up and select a quarterback of the future.
Whatever their plans are, they’re making sure that the best player on the roster right now is remaining fully apprised as to what’s going on.
