Throughout the preseason, one of the players on the Minnesota Vikings roster that was thought to be the safest was punter Ryan Quigley. The team brought in no competition for him during the offseason or the preseason, and there weren’t any indications that the team was looking to replace him.
Until now, apparently.
The Vikings claimed former Steelers P Matt Wile off of waivers, per source. Will be interesting to see what that means for incumbent starter Ryan Quigley.
