The Minnesota Vikings are notorious for hitting on their draft picks. Rick Spielman has always been a great drafter at GM and does a great job at building the roster. With the selection of Justin Jefferson last season, it’s hard to argue a grade that’s anything less than an “A”. Jefferson is on his way to becoming one of the top five wide receivers in the entire NFL.

Jeff Gladney’s situation is up in the air right now. Prior to the recent reports and legal issues, Gladney was set to become a very solid corner in Mike Zimmer’s secondary.
