Just a few things from Thursday morning's walk-thru practice at Minnesota Vikings training camp.
Morning practice for the Minnesota Vikings was moved indoors because of a weather threat that never materialized. So much for putting on helmets if it hails--maybe they are saving that show of toughness for the afternoon practice. What did materialize was a worse view of the walk-thru than we normally get.
Normally, the press gets to cruise all around the practice field so they can see all parts of the team. Since we were inside, we were bunched up in basically one corner of the field house and surveying the backs of players who weren't in that particular play.
