Sunday’s NFC Championship results were a tough blow to the Super Bowl aspirations of the Minnesota Vikings. Instead of playing for a championship in their home stadium, the Vikings will spend Super Bowl Sunday like the majority of America and watch the game on television.
For some players, the NFC Championship was their last time as a member of Minnesota’s roster. 20 players from the Vikings’ 2017 roster are scheduled to be free-agents when the new league year begins on March 14 and a bunch of them are not expected to return.
