The Minnesota Vikings shocked the football world during the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs by going to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and defeating the New Orleans Saints in an overtime thriller.
Minnesota’s victory took overtime, big games from Dalvin Cook and Adam Thielen, and some clutch throws from Kirk Cousins to unseat one of the most complete teams in the NFL to advance to the Divisional Round.
With that win, the Vikings have set the stage for another road game against a tough opponent. Their next game will send them to California to take on the San Francisco 49ers and the winner of that game will head to the Conference Championship round.
