Minnesota Vikings Rumors & News After 33-6 Loss vs Broncos | Kellen Mond, Jake Browning & WR3 Update

The Minnesota Vikings opened their 2021 NFL preseason campaign with a 33-6 loss to the Denver Broncos. Without Kirk Cousins and other starters on the offense, the Vikings struggled to move the ball against the Broncos defense. Jake Browning got the starter due in large part because of getting the most reps in practice the past week. A surprise standout in preseason week 1 was UDFA RB out of Kentucky, AJ Rose Jr. He rushed for 100 yds in his debut and handled a bulk of the carries. Troy Dye, the 4th round pick out of Oregon was the lone defensive standout, he was tied for the lead in tackles with 7 and recorded 1 TFL.
