Last day of the draft and then, possibly the most exciting time, undrafted free agency. With only four picks, we have to be ready for the bargain bin diving. Now that the Vikings traded once and have picks 139 & 142 remaining, I would expect some more trades out of Kwesi.
It is interesting that Kwesi traded up to get Turner after selecting his QBOTF in JJ McCarthy last year. He was not worried about the picks this year apparently. Maybe his scouting department advised him that this year’s draft was not very strong in the first round and then OK through the next two rounds before tailing off?
