As anticipated, the Minnesota Vikings have added wide receiver Michael Floyd to the active roster following his four-game suspension. The move that they made to reach this point was not anticipated.
In order to make room for Floyd on the 53-man roster, the team released running back Stevan Ridley, who they had just signed a few days ago. This means that the Vikings now have seven wide receivers on the roster and only three running backs. . .one of whom is listed as a fullback.
