After a historically bad first NFL start back in a Week 13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings rookie quarterback Max Brosmer got a chance to redeem himself in the team's game against the New York Giants on Sunday.
Brosmer entered the contest in the third quarter to fill in for an injured J.J. McCarthy, and the rookie looked a lot better than he did in the loss to the Seahawks.
He only attempted seven passes during his time on the field, but he made enough plays to help lead the Vikings to a win on Sunday, including a 21-yard throw to Justin Jefferson midway through the fourth quarter that Minnesota head coach Kevin O'Connell couldn't help but rave about after the matchup.
