EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (WCCO) — He’s one of many local connections trying to make the Vikings roster.
Terrell Sinkfield went to Hopkins High School. After bouncing around a bit, he’s getting his shot in his own neighborhood.
Sinkfield made enough of a name at Northern Iowa that he got a shot with Miami, then the Canadian Football League. This offseason, he came home to the Vikings.
“It’s going pretty good. Great learning experience and blessed to be out here with the guys,” Sinkfield said.
He literally burst onto the scene coming out of college, it was a pro day at the University of Minnesota.
