Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on Barr's hit on Rodgers: 'He definitely knows better'

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Two Green Bay Packers defensive players said Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr should have pulled up instead of driving Aaron Rodgers to the ground on the hit that broke the quarterback’s collarbone last Sunday.

Outside linebacker Clay Matthews, who has been fined in the past for hits on quarterbacks, said he would not have hit an opposing quarterback as late as Barr hit Rodgers, who had already released the ball but was outside the pocket.

“Obviously I’m going to say I would’ve pulled off on that,” Matthews said Thursday.
