It is the Monday after an absolutely humiliating defeat in Green Bay leaves the Minnesota Vikings eliminated from the playoffs and looking for some change. The Packers with their win secured the #1 seed in the NFC, and surely the firing of Mike Zimmer for the Vikings, and maybe Rick Spielman too. It is time for a change. It is also time to look at team needs and to help see where the organization needs to go to have a new chapter in the team’s history and get on the winning track again.
