After a solid year with the Vikings, Aldrick Robinson signs with Carolina

Bringing a player in during the season isn’t usually a good sign. Those players who still aren’t on teams are usually unsigned for a reason, but the Minnesota Vikings did well by inking Aldrick Robinson to a one-year deal after Week 2 of the season.

The wide receiver had played on four teams before landing in Minnesota. However, even after a season which saw him catch 17 passes for 231 yards and five touchdowns, the Vikings decided not to bring him back to the team.

Robinson remained a free agent for quite a while after his solid year in purple and gold but a player of his talent and ability wasn’t going to stay unsigned for too long and finally found a suitor for his services.
