Where are they now: Mo Saeid

The Eritrean/Swedish midfielder was supposed to be a mainstay in the Loons midfield, but he played even fewer minutes than the Center-Back-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named before being shipped off again. The Loons snagged Saeid in the 3rd Round of the 2016 expansion draft, after Collen Warner and between fellow ‘Where are they now’ profilees Chris Duvall, Jeff Attinella, and Femi Hollinger-Janzen. (Notice the trend for expansion draft players.) Saeid had 53 games over two season for the Columbus Crew, included a couple playoff appearances. He was only a Loon for four games, starting three, before being traded.
